Service-Based Business: We provide SEO and marketing services. Once a service is rendered and completed, it is non-refundable.

Store Credit: In instances where a refund is warranted but services were partially performed, refunds are issued as store credit.

Communication Hierarchy: You must use our ticket system first. Use WhatsApp only if customer service cannot assist. For emergencies, text Chris Palmer direct.

Liability Release: You are responsible for all outcomes of using our services. Chris Palmer Marketing LLC is not liable for damages to your website, Google Business Profile, rankings, maps, or any web assets.

No Employment: Chris Palmer Marketing LLC is a service provider, not your employee.

Right to Deny Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or business at our discretion.

Eligibility & Confidentiality: You certify that you are not a Google employee and do not work for a competing agency. You agree not to share "inside information" regarding our proprietary strategies.

Account Termination: If a peaceful agreement cannot be reached during a dispute, your account will be terminated. A refund (less processing fees) will be issued.
BILLING & PAYMENT POLICY
Accuracy of Information While SEO Mastermind strives for accuracy, we make no warranties as to the absolute completeness of information on this site and assume no liability for errors. We reserve the right to revise content and service details at our discretion.
Payment Methods We accept payments via credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex). Other payment methods, such as wire transfers, must be pre-approved on a per-customer basis.
Cancellations Cancellations must be submitted via a support ticket. Email requests do not constitute a valid cancellation. You are responsible for all charges incurred up until the end of your current billing period.

Note: Simply canceling a credit card does not close your account. Outstanding balances at the time of cancellation must be settled to avoid third-party collection services.
Billing Disputes You agree to give SEO Mastermind 30 days to resolve any billing dispute before contacting your bank or PayPal. Contact Chris Palmer directly at (570) 810-1080 or SUPPORT@SEOMASTERMIND.ORG first. If a chargeback is filed before we are given a chance to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to collect on services rendered and may suspend your account immediately.
REFUND POLICY

Rendered Services: There are zero refunds for services once they have been rendered and completed. PERIOD.

Non-Completion: If a service is not completed, you will receive a full refund.

Standards of Service: If a service is not performed to our internal standards, your account will be issued a store credit.

No Guarantees: We guarantee the delivery of the specific service ordered. We do not guarantee specific ranks, increased positions, or traffic, as these are dependent on external search engine algorithms.

Mutual Agreement: If we cannot reach a peaceful resolution, we will terminate the relationship and issue a refund less any applicable processing fees.
