  • Safeguards: We maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards, including:

    • AES-256 Encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit.

    • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) and role-based access controls.

    • Audit logging and system activity monitoring.

  • Breach Notification: In the event of a breach of unsecured PHI, we will notify the customer without unreasonable delay, adhering to the timelines required by the HIPAA Breach Notification Rule.

5. Data Security and Retention

  • Storage: All SEO Mastermind data is stored in the United States using Amazon Web Services (AWS). We utilize Amazon RDS for cloud storage, which is encrypted under a customer master key (CMK).

  • Access Control: Access to your Data requires a valid account and an explicit invitation from an authorized user.

  • Deletion Requests: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information via one-way obfuscation. Please contact support@seomastermind.org for such requests.

  • List Security: Your information is stored on secure list servers for our newsletters. Every newsletter includes a clear "unsubscribe" link.

6. 10DLC and Telecommunications Compliance
To provide messaging services, we collect business profile information required for 10DLC and Toll-Free registration.

  • Data Sharing: This info is shared with telecommunications service providers and industry registries to verify identity and enable message delivery.

  • Retention: These partners may retain your business profile information after account closure for regulatory traceback purposes.
